  Manual Insertion & Hand Soldering Operator

  Educational Program for Job function Manual Insertion and Hand Soldering Operator is set up to be comprehensive enabling the   pre-qualification, scalable learning using range of modern learning methods including tests, expanded to practice modules and in-production mentoring trial work.
The Program is targeted, but not limited to trainees having basic knowledge and skills from the domain of electronic assemblies.
Recruitment and pre-selection are based on the
comprehensive psychodiagnostics toolscontaining tests for personality evaluation and psychomotoric ability (Schuhfried Vienna Test System).
Enrolled candidates access   modular learning modules organized as OnLine, Blended (Combined eLearning and exCatedra) and HandsOn set of Courses and Trainings. Due to continuous evaluation, only the students who adopted predicted quantity of knowledge and skills can be qualified for further modules.
Upon completion of all modules, trainee’s folder will contain detailed information of evaluation process presented in   form useful for HRand adjusted   to import to Company’s ERPsystem.

  Course Aims

• To review and understand the requirements of relevant Industrial Standards for electronic manufacturing;

• To identify the factors which influence the quality, reliability and performance of a solder joint;

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals including technical/production documentation;

• To recognize and identify materials (electronic components, PCBs, soldering materials) and tools and develop skills for their proper maintenance, handling and use;

• To develop correct hand-assembly methods to perform manual insertion of components and reliably produce joints to the standards demanded by electronic manufacturing industry;

• To develop ability to examine and analyze faults associated with solder joints in accordance with predefined criteria, solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems that require supervisor assistance

• To perform full evaluation of trainee’s skills using established measurement methods
